By using Koi Cocoon you (“you”) agree to these terms with R-Theory (“we,” “us”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

• You’re responsible for the account you create — for keeping the password sensible and for what happens under it.
• You can delete your account any time from Settings → Privacy & data. Deletion cascades to your rooms, inventory, diagnoses, wishlist, and photos within 30 days.
• Data handling is described in the privacy page.

Koi Cocoon reads your rooms and offers designer recommendations. They’re opinions, not warranties — a professional in your space will always know more. We do our best to name numbers (rug sizes, walkway widths, light layers) that are widely agreed on by working designers, but rooms differ and we won’t always be right.

Buy decisions are yours. Follow the advice or ignore it; either way, the app is on your side.

Some product links here are affiliate links — we earn a small commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what the rulebook recommends (full disclosure). Retailers are third parties; their prices, availability, and terms are their own.

• Try to access other users’ data. Row-level security stops you at the DB, but even trying is a violation.
• Scrape the catalog for commercial redistribution.
• Upload photos of anyone else’s home without their permission.

We’ll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes come with an email; minor ones update the “Last updated” date at the top.

The service is provided as-is. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
